Due to the customized nature of our logo-printed corporate gifts, our return and refund rules differ from standard off-the-shelf merchandise. This policy applies to all orders from telentgifts.com operated by Shenzhen Telent Gifts Co., Ltd..

1. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable General Rule

All custom printed products with customer exclusive logo, text or personalized design cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded for personal preference reasons (including dislike of color, size, style or over-ordering) once mass production is completed. We do not support free 30-day return for customized goods.

2. Eligible Returns & Refunds (Our Responsibility Only)

We accept returns, replacements or partial/full refunds only under the following verified situations:

1. We printed wrong logo, wrong text, wrong product model confirmed against your final approved artwork proof.

2. Severe manufacturing defects, obvious product damage caused during production, confirmed by clear photos/video evidence submitted within 7 calendar days after parcel receipt.

3. We delivered incorrect quantity that differs from your signed sales order contract.

3. Claim Submission Process

1. Contact our customer service email Telent@telentgifts.com within 7 days after you receive goods, describe the problem in detail, and attach clear photos/videos as proof.

2. We will review your claim within 3–5 working days. If our fault is confirmed, we will arrange one of the following solutions by mutual agreement:

– Free re-production and re-delivery of qualified products

– Partial refund corresponding to defective quantity

– Full refund for severely unqualified whole batch (less incurred shipping cost already spent)

3. Return shipping cost for our responsible quality issues will be borne by us; customers shall not deduct payment unilaterally without our prior written consent.

4. Pre-Production Cancellation Refund

– Before we arrange production and material procurement: Full refund of your deposit/payment upon your written cancellation request.

– After purchasing raw materials, making printing molds or starting production: Only partial refund is available after deducting actual costs already spent on materials, design and mold fees.

5. Refund Processing Time

Once refund is approved, funds will be returned to your original payment account within 7–15 working days, subject to the processing speed of your payment provider and bank intermediary.

6. Exclusions

We reject refund requests caused by:

– Customer’s wrong artwork file, typo, wrong size requirement confirmed before production

– Minor color difference within normal printing industry color gamut tolerance

– Damage caused by improper use, storage or man-made destruction after receipt

– Delivery delay caused by logistics company, customs clearance or force majeure factors
