By accessing and placing an inquiry or order ontelentgifts.com, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions between you (the “Customer”) and Shenzhen Telent Gifts Co., Ltd. (“Supplier”, “we”, “us”).

1. Product Description

All products we supply are custom logo corporate gifts, office gift sets and bulk promotional merchandise. Product pictures, sizes, colors and parameters on the website are for reference only; slight physical differences due to production batches are normal. Custom printed patterns are confirmed by customers before mass production.

2. Quotation & Payment

1. All quotations are valid for 15 calendar days unless otherwise agreed. Unit prices are based on confirmed order quantity, customization requirements and delivery terms.

2. For bulk customized orders, we usually require a deposit before starting production; full balance shall be paid before shipment as agreed in sales communication.

3. Payment methods we accept will be clearly notified during quotation negotiation.

1. The customer shall guarantee that all patterns, trademarks, texts provided for custom printing do not infringe third-party copyright, trademark or intellectual property rights.

2. We are only responsible for printing content provided and confirmed by the customer. All legal risks arising from intellectual property disputes shall be borne solely by the customer.

4. Order Cancellation & Modification

1. Before formal mass production arrangement: Customers may apply to cancel or adjust orders, subject to our written confirmation; already incurred material, design or mold costs will be deducted accordingly.

2. Once production has started, order cancellation is not acceptable; order modification requests may generate extra labor and material charges.

5. Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)

Most customized gift items have a minimum order quantity (MOQ of 50 sets as marked on our site). Orders below MOQ need separate price negotiation and confirmation.

6. Shipping & Risk Transfer

Title and risk of loss for goods transfer to the customer once goods are handed over to the designated logistics carrier, subject to our Shipping Policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any disputed order shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for that order. We shall not be liable for indirect losses, lost profits or business interruption losses caused by delayed delivery or minor product defects within industry tolerance.

8. Policy Revision

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions without prior notice. Continued use of our website means you accept the revised clauses.
